Poly Studio
The Poly Studio was just launched in February 2019 and is designed to compete with the very popular Logitech Meetup. Being a Poly product, the video and audio quality is excellent, as you might expect from the brand. The microphone pickup on this device has a range of roughly 4.5m and it provides active speaker tracking which automatically zooms in on the person speaking, allowing the far end to really see facial expressions and providing an enhanced experience. This device is connected to a laptop via plug & play USB 2.0 and is compatible with a wide range video conferencing applications like Skype for Business, Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google Hangouts.

Poly Trio
The Poly Trio system is designed for smaller rooms up to around 8 people and comes in various forms. The Trio system is based on the “starphone” with built in touch panel and can either be used on its own as a standard SIP/VoIP phone, or in conjunction with Skype for Business with the optional Visual+ accessories allowing it to also do video. This is a good solution for smaller rooms, but as it does not support HDMI content sharing or any integration with control systems, it may not be the right choice for larger meeting rooms.
Poly RealPresence Group Series
The Poly RealPresence Group series essentially comes in 3 versions, the RealPresence Group 310, 500 & 700. Simply put, the 310 model is best placed in smaller rooms where only one meeting room display is required, the 500 model for larger rooms where two displays are requires and the 700 model for large spaces like auditoriums requiring two or more cameras. Each system comes with a pan/tilt/zoom camera and a table top microphone but there are various options to use 3rd party microphones and speakers which is something we have considerable expertise in.
